Hard drive or hard disk is a storage part of our gamer laptop. Two things we should consider about hard drive is capacity and speed. Most gamers choose 7200rpm hard drives as these will be 33% faster than 4200rpm hard drive. Also gamer laptop should have SATA Hard Drives (Serial ATA) which gives a higher performance than PATA (Parallel ATA), especially for high bandwidth applications such as multi-player games. Solid State Drives (SSD) probably the future of gamer laptop but these now are very expensive. SSDs have no moving parts so they are considered more reliable than an ordinary hard drive with movable parts that can crash.
